How to keep your home safe from burglars

Home owners need to be vigilant when their property is being renovated, and it’s not just a matter of staying vigilant.

You need to do more than simply keep a door locked, and you need to take extra precautions.

There are a few things you can do to keep an apartment clean: Don’t put your furniture on the floor, which can cause a fire hazard, or if you do, put a ladder or a bucket over the offending item.

You can also check the carpet, and keep a window shut.

Make sure you are well-equipped with a fire alarm, and be careful not to leave a door open during a burglary.

Don’t let anyone enter your apartment while you’re cleaning, especially if it’s the weekend.

And don’t leave a key or key ring unattended, because it could be used in a burglar’s attempt to steal your belongings.
