What to expect at the 2017 RKO Halloween Horror Nights premiere
The RKO Horror Nights debut, which kicks off at 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 14 on ABC, is an homage to the horror classic, “The House on Haunted Hill.”
The cast and crew, led by star and co-creator/showrunner/executive producer Dan O’Brien, are dressed as classic horror movies, from “The Haunting of Hill House” to “House of the Devil.”
“It’s really fun and fun to see all these great actors on this one,” said co-showrunner David Zucker.
The film will also feature the likes of Jennifer Garner, Kristen Wiig, and Olivia Munn, and the cast will also be returning to the series for the first time in three years.
“We’ve been very lucky to have such a great cast of actors, and it’s really exciting to be back again,” O’Connor said.
“The House On Haunted Hill” is the third film in the RKO horror series, which follows a group of families living in the fictional town of Rokeby, where they discover supernatural events, including a series of murders, that are happening in their midst.
The Rokebys are an unlikely group, though, as they are the only family that has survived the house-destroying events of the previous film.
O’Connor and Zucker are also set to debut the new season of the television series, “Fear Factor.”
“It will be a lot of fun to watch,” said O’Connell.
“It’s going to be so different, I’ve never done anything like it before.”
“The RokeBys” will also be a part of a larger “FearFactor” franchise, which will also include the show’s new season, and is set to premiere in 2019.
“The Rakeby” and “FearFactors” will be available on home video, Blu-ray, and DVD on September 19.
“Fear” Factor is a show that focuses on horror stories.
The series premiered on NBC on April 10, 2019.
