How to fix the problem of vacant homes

The housing crisis in the U.S. has created a huge number of vacant properties, and many of them are not only empty but also in terrible shape.

It’s a problem that requires serious attention, but it’s getting more and more difficult to solve, according to a new report from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

While many homeowners can buy new homes, they can’t do so quickly because they need to apply for a building permit to get one.

The problem with these permits is that many people are not qualified to apply and the rules are often vague.

This makes it impossible for many people to purchase new homes at affordable prices, as they are unable to make a down payment on a home or pay down mortgage debt.NAR and AIA found that the number of residential properties that were not completed in a timely fashion is up to 5.4 million, up from 5.2 million in 2014, according the report.

This is a dramatic increase, but a big one.

The report, which is based on a comprehensive survey of more than 20,000 residential real estate professionals across the U and Canada, says that while the number and severity of vacant and abandoned homes is declining, it is also rising.

The rate of vacant housing has been growing at a rate of 2.3 percent a year, the report found, up over 50 percent from 2014.

While this rate of growth is encouraging, it’s only a matter of time before this trend becomes even worse.

The problem of affordable housing in the country has been getting worse over the past decade.

In 2015, affordable housing accounted for 17.9 percent of total housing costs in the United States.

In 2018, the figure was 15.7 percent.

This was a decrease of 2 percent from 2015.

The number of units that were completed in 2018 was 8.3 million, an increase of 4 percent from the previous year.

This figure is up slightly from the 7.1 million units that have been completed in 2017, but still a significant decrease from the 22.3 to 22.9 million units in 2015.

The report also found that there were 4.4 more abandoned properties per 100,000 residents in 2018 than in 2015, and the number has grown by 1.9, a decrease from 1.8 in 2017.NA, an organization that represents architectural, engineering, and construction professionals, says the lack of affordable units is particularly acute in areas of the country that have historically experienced a housing shortage.

The housing crisis and the lack in available units have created a massive supply and demand problem for existing and future housing, the organization said.

These issues have forced developers to focus on building more apartments, but many developers are not properly credentialed, and in some cases, they have ignored existing codes and codes enforcement efforts.

The shortage of housing is especially acute in urban areas, particularly in areas with a large population of working-class residents.

The AIA report noted that nearly 1.5 million of these apartments are located in cities such as Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York City, and San Francisco.

In these cities, apartments can be built at a cost of up to $600,000 per unit, but there are also many older buildings that can be converted into rental units for $1,000,000.

The lack of available units is especially problematic in large cities where many of these older buildings are located.

These older buildings can be used as rentals and are more expensive, and some of these buildings are even located in some of the most expensive neighborhoods in the nation, such as New York and San Diego.

According to the AIA, the current housing crisis is likely a major contributor to this housing shortage, as older buildings in the same neighborhoods are not being converted to rental housing.

As these older units are demolished, they are being used as rental units.

The NAR said the number one concern is affordability.

It said that a housing affordability crisis in this country is “at the root of a growing gap between the incomes of the middle class and those who are poor, and a large part of that gap is concentrated in some areas of urban America.”

The NA is working with many community groups to address this housing affordability problem.

It also has a website called Rebuild America, where it has provided a list of recommendations for addressing the problem, including an affordable housing policy, affordable transportation options, and affordable schools.

The NAR’s new report is titled “How to Fix the Problem of Vacant Homes.”

It also recommends that cities start making investments in affordable housing infrastructure and provide a guaranteed annual income to all residents.
