The first apartment building in Florida to go dark in decades?

I have to wonder what it’s like to be a resident of Piedmont, Florida, a rural town of about 2,000 people just north of Orlando, where the temperatures can plunge to 40 degrees Fahrenheit (11 Celsius) and the residents have to be extra careful when packing for their next vacation.

Piedmantown is home to more than 1,300 apartments, with more than 50 percent of them under contract, but it’s also home to many people who are renters.

“I’m not the biggest fan of renting,” says Jody Johnson, owner of the building on the corner of Interstate 4 and Piedmoore Road.

“I do like my own space, I’m comfortable with my space.

I’m just a little nervous about renting to the same person all the time.”

It may not be the best situation, but for Johnson, the apartment building is one of the best.

Johnson was able to secure a $1 million deal with a developer for the building, but in order to stay in business, he had to be sure that the apartments were well maintained and that the building was safe.

The first thing Johnson needed to do was find a tenant to help him find the right tenant.

Johnson knew there were plenty of people who might be interested in renting a house, but he was also worried about what the city of Paredmantower would do if he didn’t get a tenant.

He reached out to the local chapter of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which specializes in the housing market.

“They were very welcoming and we were able to work out a deal,” Johnson says.

He ended up getting a few people interested, including one who was interested in purchasing a condo.

But when he was looking at the potential buyers, Johnson says he noticed a lot of the prospective buyers were white, and one of them was the son of a Paredmont mayor.

When Johnson told the buyer that his mother was the president of the association, the buyer said, “You know what, I want to do that.”

Johnson said he agreed.

“It was really easy to talk to the mayor, and he said, ‘Let me tell you a little story, I have a real estate agent friend, and the real estate agents I talk to tell me that when they first met him he was really into a condo project in Piedmnantown, and then he said he’s got a condo in Miami.'”

The buyer, a white man, was more than willing to work with Johnson.

He wanted to invest in the building and help him build the apartments, and Johnson told him that if he could get the project approved, he could make more money than if he sold the apartment.

The buyer, who is now living in another town, had no problem working with Johnson and his friends to get the condo approved.

But he wasn’t happy with the price.

After six months of talks, the developer was ready to start building the apartment complex, and on May 12, 2006, the first apartment opened on Piedmmantown Road.

It was one of several projects Johnson has been involved in since.

Some of his other projects include a condominium complex for the Palm Beach County Fairgrounds, a small-town community in North Carolina and a town near his family home in North Palm Beach, Florida.

One of the main reasons Johnson is able to do what he does is the generosity of the NAR, which helps low-income people.

NAR has helped Johnson secure financing to pay for many of his projects.

In February, Johnson helped another developer buy a $5.9 million condo at the intersection of Peredmantow Road and Ponce Avenue.

His goal was to build the apartment to the standard of luxury apartments in Miami.

But after six months, he decided to do it in Paredmoore, Florida’s first residential building.

“The whole point of doing a condo is to have that [condo] at the top of the hill, where everybody can see you, and everybody can feel comfortable,” Johnson said.

While many people in Florida are aware of the benefits of apartments, Johnson wants to make sure that people don’t get confused by the condos.

Instead of the condo being at the peak of the mountain, the apartments will be closer to the beach, which means there’s less foot traffic.

For now, Johnson is still planning to open a condo on the first floor of his new apartment complex.

But Johnson says that he has plans to build more condo buildings.

He is planning on renovating the first and second floors of his condo to accommodate more people.

He plans to open more apartments, including the two that were originally built.
